Description

Delightful Pumpkin Oreo Balls that capture the essence of fall with creamy pumpkin filling, crushed Oreos, and a chocolatey coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, for coating

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls about an inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the shaped balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles or nuts before the chocolate hardens (optional).
  8. Chill until the chocolate has set.
  9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use vegan cream cheese. Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free alternative.
